LEASE AMENDMENT AGREEMENT DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

This Lease Amendment Agreement (hereinafter "Amendment") is entered into and made effective as of ________ by and between the lessor, ________ (hereinafter "Landlord"), and the following lessee: ________ (hereinafter "Tenant").
Landlord and Tenant may be referred to hereinafter as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Tenant is the current lessee of a residential property ("Property") located at the following address, owned by Landlord:

WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant wish to amend the terms of the lease agreement ("Lease") between them due to the COVID-19 pandemic, subject to the terms and conditions herein;
NOW, therefore, in consideration of the obligations and covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties do contract and agree as follows:
Article 1 - AMENDMENT:
Under the terms and conditions herein, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to amend the Lease as follows:

Article 2 - NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES:
The amendment described above shall be the sole and exclusive amendment to the Lease, and except as expressly provided herein, all of the terms of the Lease shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
Article 3 - INCORPORATION:
This Amendment incorporates and is subject to the original Lease. There shall not be any further amendment of the Lease without the Landlord's advance written consent.
Article 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS:
a) BINDING: This Amendment will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and/or administrators of both Parties.
b) SEVERABILITY: If any part or sub-part of this Amendment is deemed invalid by court order, judgment or other operation of law, the remaining parts and sub-parts of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent.
c) GOVERNING LAW: This Lease and this Amendment are governed, construed, and interpreted by and through the laws of the State of Alabama.
